Manages the Administration Department and assists with the development of policies, procedures and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely, cost effective and appropriate arrangements for all accommodation, transport and travel needs required by Mezzan Holding’s employees and visitors.

Coordinates and directs the necessary support services as follows:

- Facilities Management (buying Furniture, Stationary, Fuel Cards, Printings, Instruments Maintenance, Faxes, Photocopiers, prepare purchase orders on SAP system - L.P.O)

-Maintains good relations with Government Bodies (Kuwait Municipality, all Kuwait Ministries: Ministry of Electricity & Water Ministry of Electricity & Water, Ministry of Communication, Public Authority for Industry, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Embassies, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Interior etc);

- Maintenance of all the Official Licenses, Certifications and Legal documents for the Mezzan Holding Group (Article of Associations and its Amendments, Commercial License, Chamber of Commerce License, Public Authority for Civil Information, Ministry of Finance, Public Authority for Social Security Certificate, Import License, Authorization of Signature, Central Tender Committee Subscription Certificate)

- Trademarks and Intellectual Property Registrations local in Kuwait and outside Kuwait

• Serves as the custodian of Administrative Policies & Procedures relevant to accommodation, transportation and travel to all concerned employees with Mezzan Holding, under direct supervisory of Administration General Manager.

•Seeks and develops contractual agreements with rental companies regarding rent of vehicles (such as cars, buses and trucks) to be used by Mezzan’s drivers/representatives, including insurance, traffic renewals for company cars, issuing licenses renewals, new licenses, as necessary;

•Coordinates with all vendors and the Group Finance Department to ensure proper invoicing and timely processing of all payments;
