Provide professional advice and guidance to FAB employees on internal communications best practice, including implementation of the brand.
Responsible for the intranet banners and announcements, and take a key role, with relevant sta in IT to manage the intranet pages.
Responsible for corporate writing and design of emailers for a diverse range of audiences and purposes.
Create communications plan and campaigns to build community, promote activities, and contribute to employee engagement and culture-building e orts on behalf of the client that contribute to employee engagement. This includes internal messages, surveys and e-greetings for the Bank’s international o ces.
Work with internal and external parties on internal communications projects.

Translate from English to Arabic and vice versa.

Manage Key Relationships:
Work with the Bank’s senior management on their campaigns, sta events and town-halls.
Connect with the Bank’s international o ces to support them on releasing information related to new projects.
Connect with local internal and external stakeholders to support business growth.
Capitalise on relationships to set priorities and drive achievement of the team’s objectives.
Maintain a network of key relationships inside and outside the business to expand their knowledge and in uence.
Established as the go-to person for a number of departments in handling their projects. Some of them are for the entire sta, while others are meant for smaller, more targeted audiences.
