Following key roles:
• Training Coordination - Scheduling, logistics, communications, record-keeping, financial tracking.
• Public Awareness Outreach - Orientations at W/WW facilities throughout Jordan to build awareness of management, human resources, training and O&M personnel for the Jordan Water Operators Certification and Training Program.
• OMT Program Operations Support - Support for OMT operations as required.
• Provide Receptionist/Administrative Assistant and telephone operator services
• Provide secretarial and word-processing services in English and Arabic
• Prepare charts, tables, et., in English and Arabic
• Process and distributes mail received
• When required, provide support to the Administrative Assistants and Training Assistants
• Manage the Outlook Calendar for the Conference Room.
• Update the SABEQ Contact List in a timely manner and provide updated copies to all staff.
• Inform staff of any events related to security, information, or celebratory topics.
• Coordinate with the guard services to ensure the safest of office space at all times.
• Report suspicious activities immediately.
• Coordinates the daily schedules for the five project drivers
• Translate documents from English to Arabic, and vice versa
- Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
- Direct the general public to the appropriate staff member
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
- Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
- Respond to public inquiries
- Provide word-processing and secretarial support
- Type confidential documents on a wordprocessing system
- Take minutes of meeting
