Jobs and Responsibilities:
-generating and qualifying leads through cold calling.
-Receives orders, closes sales, and prepares appropriate sales documentation.
-Managing leads by tracking and following up on them.
-Handles basic inquires generated by marketing campaigns.
-Establish, maintain, and expand clients list.
-Maintain and increase revenue of existing customers, by renewing and upgrading their service contracts.
-Conducting sales presentations and product demos via the phone and for walk-in customers.
-Closing sales and meeting monthly sales targets in accordance with sales quota.
-Producing activity reports, by keeping daily records of incoming calls and information requests.
-Attending tradeshows and conferences.
-Working with affiliate sales to cross generates leads.
-Dealing with first level of fault handling.
- Prepare and follow up of annual budget for branch.
- Supervising Projects and ensuring timely completion of the same.
- -Evaluate the financial study and recommend the approval or disapproval of the projects.
- Participate in tender/project risk management.
