•Estimates the cost of different products as per the customer’s requirement and sending the offers to the customers using Microsoft Dynamics Axapta 2009 software.
•Work on Business relation module, CRM (customer relationship management) module and Account receivable module.
•Whenever order is placed by the customers then moving to the next phase by preparing SOS, GA Requisition etc.
•Follow up the ongoing activities from the design, production and other departments regarding different orders.
•Conduct conversations with the customers from time to time for the status of works executed through the e-mails and telephones.
•Respond to customer’s queries and problems to the full customer satisfaction.
•Manage and control the material flow during the production processes.
•Report the works executed and plans for the upcoming production batches.
•Operates and supervise the works on Amada NC Turret Machine using sigmaNEST 9.0 and oneCNC softwares.
•Operates and supervise the works on Amada CNC Press Brake and Press Brakes.
• Actively participated in the cultural programme and presented models in the exhibitions held at school. • Coordinated in cultural activities as a member of coordinator committee at college. • Participated in chess competition held at college.
