Engineering & Production dept.
❖ Work Order issuing and production
❖ Ensure timely preparation of the work order after shop drawings approvals and that the order is complete and clear for engineering, the detailed review of the order shall be copied to Store and to the engineering coordinator, and to involve in a technical discussion with the engineering department of the factory to ensure timely reply to any clarification.
❖ Ensure timely and proper preparation of engineering details and clear production order free of any clarification.
❖ Supervise inspection and approval during 1st running of new product prior to mass production.
❖ Full coordination with production in order to set production plan for all released orders
❖ Control production quality and timely delivery.
❖ Conduct technical studies relevant to quality and reliability of the product
❖ Control Quality daily and Monthly Report to each order.
❖ Evaluate and analyze the quality performance of each dept.
❖ Formulate countermeasures to the defects/problems encountered
❖ Responsible in the pre-assessment of product nonconformities claimed by the customer.

Procurement & Store.
❖ Monitor and Control Purchase Order based on plant requisition which made by store.
❖ Monitor and update incoming deliveries and P.O. balances.
❖ Monitor processing documents for incoming and outgoing (Export) store activities.
❖ Supervise all transaction to the extent of any problem concerning to people, parts and system / process of procurement or warehousing.
❖ Supervise the stock, inventory/audit.
❖ Plan and Prepare delivery schedule for completed production orders.
❖ Ensure that the delivery schedule is tally with the Plan issued to the contractor.
❖ Managing Store activities of workers engaged in receiving, storing, and issuing materials (Barcode Storage systems etc)
❖ Prepare & manage departmental budgets.
❖ Verification and reconciliation of Stores Inventory items.
❖ Monitoring Inventory, making proper report for stock items and submitting to plan of action report to ensure proper and timely action.
❖ Develop and implement plans for facility modification or expansion, such as equipment purchase or changes in space allocation or structural design.
❖ Confer with department heads to coordinate warehouse activities, such as raw material ordering, records control and purchasing.
