Projects Manager.
❖ Ensure that received order and quotation are made according to international standard and to our products capability and quality scales and standards.
❖ Ensure submitting proper Prequalification documents with proper tracking documents/formats and any other documents it may be required to obtain the approvals.
❖ Shop drawings and works program scheduling: ❖ Ensure timely and proper submittal of shop drawings according to received Sales order (Contract) that meets with contract, BOQ & Specification of doors, and clearly detailed of schedule.

Operations Manager
Responsible for ensuring the smooth and trouble free flow of the orders after contract signature and until handing over by Interface with all functional areas within factory and outside the factory to address product and service problems, this includes without limitation the following:
❖ Official purchase order From client
❖ Internal contract (Sales Order)
❖ Clear copy of the approved shop drawings
❖ Production reports and daily activity
❖ Store and daily delivery activities.
❖ Weekly installation schedule
❖ Handing over schedule.
Commercial dept.
❖ Sales Order (New Contract)

Technical dept.
❖ Shop drawings and door scheduling: ❖ Ensure timely and proper submittal of shop drawings according to received Sales order (Contract) that meets with contract, BOQ & Specification of doors, and clearly detailed of schedule mentioning the Type, Size, Jamb, Ratings, HW sets, VP/LOV Details etc
❖ Assist sales or project representative in discussion with client / consultant until obtaining approvals.

Engineering & Production dept.
❖ Work Order issuing and production
❖ Ensure timely preparation of the work order after shop drawings approvals and that the order is complete and clear for engineering, the detailed review of the order shall be copied to Store and to the engineering coordinator, and to involve in a technical discussion with the engineering department of the factory to ensure timely reply to any clarification.
❖ Ensure timely and proper preparation of engineering details and clear production order free of any clarification.
❖ Supervise inspection and approval during 1st running of new product prior to mass production.
❖ Full coordination with production in order to set production plan for all released orders
❖ Control production quality and timely delivery.
❖ Conduct technical studies relevant to quality and reliability of the product
❖ Control Quality daily and Monthly Report to each order.
❖ Evaluate and analyze the quality performance of each dept.
❖ Formulate countermeasures to the defects/problems encountered
❖ Responsible in the pre-assessment of product nonconformities claimed by the customer.
Procurement & Store.
❖ Monitor and Control Purchase Order based on plant requisition which made by store.
❖ Monitor and update incoming deliveries and P.O. balances.
❖ Monitor processing documents for incoming and outgoing (Export) store activities.
❖ Supervise all transaction to the extent of any problem concerning to people, parts and system / process of procurement or warehousing.
❖ Supervise the stock, inventory/audit.
❖ Plan and Prepare delivery schedule for completed production orders.
❖ Ensure that the delivery schedule is tally with the Plan issued to the contractor.
❖ Managing Store activities of workers engaged in receiving, storing, and issuing materials (Barcode Storage systems etc)
❖ Prepare & manage departmental budgets.
❖ Verification and reconciliation of Stores Inventory items.
❖ Monitoring Inventory, making proper report for stock items and submitting to plan of action report to ensure proper and timely action.
❖ Develop and implement plans for facility modification or expansion, such as equipment purchase or changes in space allocation or structural design.
❖ Confer with department heads to coordinate warehouse activities, such as raw material ordering, records control and purchasing.
❖ Plan, Develop and implement warehouse safety and security programs and activities.
Logistics & Delivery: ❖ Supervise processing of necessary document related to the Warehouse Operations.
❖ Supervise Transportation for the Delivery of Materials.
❖ Assist the sales rep. or project manager to obtain delivery information and passing these to client, and also ensure that the correct invoices are prepared and submitted to the client.
❖ Plan and Follow up with Sales & Installation for the smooth delivery of Materials.

Duties
❖ Promoting GEZE products and set specification work with the existing and new customers (Consultants, Contractors and door fabricators)

❖ Conduct a fast research on who is the right contact person (specification writer, decision maker) and to do the necessary visit for the consultants and to ensure that GEZE products are specified at the very early design stage of any project coming up.
❖ Set a visit schedule for consultants and following up with existing customers as per Dept.
❖ Coordinating with Sales dept head to set up a new working plan for the customers that we do not have any contacts with so far.
❖ Arranged the appropriate presentation/product catalogue/information that is mostly suitable for the specific consultant prior to making the visit and provide a comprehensive package solution to customers who require it. (Based on the project information available and to elect the right product to fit with client's requirements)
❖ Create and maintain a follow up data sheet for the projects that could possibly be specified / awarded to GEZE based on the above consultants' visits.
❖ Carry out a weekly meeting with Sales in order to revise and fine tune the marketing activities in line with the sales activities.
❖ Update the web based GEZE project data base system (OVS) with all available details about project, consultant, contractor Etc. to enable other colleagues to be informed and updated with any project status.
❖ To be part of the annual budget committee and to set up appropriate marketing budget and to be part of financial plan for entire firm.
