Managing 2 companies inclusive of 6 factories from which 2 are for edible oil, meat factory, plastic factory, animal feed factory, &, soft drinks factory. More than 1, 000 employees are involved in the general operations.
Coordinating efforts of all departments to maximize productivity of the plant.

Participate in the development of strategic objectives for the company.
Monitor plant cleanliness and sanitary standards and take actions as required on any problem areas.
Maintain personal hygiene standards and GMP Program.
Maintaining material yield as per set KPI's.
Strategic leadership of CSD's & water PET production line, building the function’s structure, team and strategy to meet the demands of the specialist technology and product range.
Creation ad execution of long and short term factory strategy.
Development and coaching of operational and engineering front line leadership team to deliver key performance indicators.
Change management to embed continuous improvement activities into production, quality, &, maintenance teams.
Responsible for operational project management of New Product Implementation projects.
Delivery and improvement of Health & Safety requirements.
Delivery and improvement of Quality requirements.
Control and delivery of key site budgets.
Change management for technical and Lean initiatives.
Managing all edible oil plant operations which include production, maintenance, Quality Control, raw materials stores, &, finished goods stores. Determine products costs, plant budget & CAPEX requirements.
Supervised installation & commissioning of Savola new project which comprised of PET line, Jerry can line, &, refinery.
Meet with suppliers, negotiate materials supply terms & prices Procure all plant requirements including raw materials, chemicals, spare parts, etc... Meet machine suppliers & other technical personnel, discuss various technical aspects & arrange modifications wherever required. Prepare reports to top management with regard to general plant performance, output, efficiency, &, material yield.
Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule.

Full annual budgeting for the above & month to month monitoring of budget against actual expenses.

Project management of beverage producing line with full planning, plant layout, installation of machinery & equipments, &, commissioning.
