- Follow up the shipments from the first day of the order issue in the head company in USA till totally
received by the customer (MEA & North Africa customers).
- Follow up office matters & purchases.
- Prepare the sales reports.
- Prepare the monthly company expenses to the head office in USA.

- Handle the preparations of the two yearly Agriculture exhibitions held by the company for all the
MEA & North Africa customers.

Responsible for the whole company operation : plan, organize, direct & control the day to day operation of the departments to insure & maintain high work system standards in coordination with other departments.
Warehouse & Stock:
- Control stock & issue purchase orders in accordance to monthly average sales.
- Control packing change, delivery, end of month inventory, product organization, cleaning, expiry date, purchases & maintenance.
Sales:
- Prepare statistical studies related to the customers, sales, inventory, employees, profit & losses in comparison to previous years.
- Follow up daily client’s issues, collection, statistical studies, forecast & reports, and update data information.
- Continuous market visits & direct contact with the clients to monitor competitor’s activities.
Administration & Logistics:
- Follow up the employees as the attendance sheet & related issues with the ministry of labor .
- Follow up the company & car’s insurance, mechanic, maintenance, driving license update & yearly official papers.
- Control office purchases & maintenance.
- Follow up the shipments with the insurance company & clearing agency till totally received & controlled in accordance with the import permit & all official papers as the expiry date & quantity received.
Accounting (Supervision):
- Review & control all daily payments, cash & checks collection till bank deposit .
- Prepare employees salaries & social security.
- Maintain supplier’s statements & issue bank transfers.
- Calculate the cost of product & price level and make an up-to-date order form .
Experience & Duties (1995 till 2008) :
- Supplying the sales & marketing department with statistical information:
- Sales reports to head office and to principals beside monthly sales & marketing activities .
- Raising a yearly sales forecast for each brand ( Budget preparation & follow up - Sales &
Collection ) .
- Control Sales & Marketing :
- Follow up morning meeting with the sales team .
- Support activities for sales force ( Weekly schedules, Aging Report, offers & feedback ) .
- Channeling customers complaints & maintenance of customers files .
- Coordinate all marketing and promotional activities .

- Invoicing customer orders coming from the sales team.
