Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.

Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable federal, state and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.

measures to mitigate risk and managing stakeholder’s expectation. Responsibilities included but not limited:

• Maintain strong relationship with all insurance and corporate companies, quarterly meetings for new contracts, renewal of contracts with agreeable contractual discounts, prompt payment discounts, rejections resubmission, financial deals, payment reconciliation. Writing business reports, meeting minutes and sharing with managements

• Supervising customer support offices, Front offices, Voucher collection and reconciliation department, Billing departments, Receivables section, prepare monthly duty roasters and submit to management.
• Timely dispatch insurance claims, to submit aging reports to management, designs, updates and implemented new policies, insurance policies are updated in the system,
• Weekly meeting with Staff, responsible to develop business process, teach and train existing as well as new staff, assist IT team to make necessary changes as per agreements.

• Assisting IT team to modify insurance modules, E-claims modules and MIS as required.

• Responsible for day to day financial operation of hospital, polyclinics, pharmacies, provide financial support for various departments, long and short term objective, Presenting financial reports such as statement of financial position, statement of comprehensive income, statement of change in equity, Trial balance, notes to the accounts, Zakat Statement. Dealt with external auditors and review of financial reports, management letters
