Planning & execution of Preventive and predictive maintenance schedules of shutdowns for Major, Special & routine maintenance and testing works with quality control &ensure safety.
Changing oil of On Load Tap Changers of Power Transformers and its servicing.
Filtration oil of Power Transformers and HV OCBs for removal of sediments etc.
Reconditioning of Oil filled Bushings of Power Transformers and HV OCBs.
Replacement of old HV OCBs with new SF6, spring charged mechanism C.Bs.
Major and Minor overhauling of H.V.Circuit Breakers and 11 KV switchgears.
Testing of earth resistance & earth mesh integrity of Grid Station equipments.
Repairing & cad welding of grounding network where ever required.
Maintenance & testing of 11KV Capacitor banks installed at Grid Stations.
Replacement of 11 KV Power Cables, Switchgears &C.Ts with higher capacity ones.
Installation of new Trip Batteries in place of old ones, where ever required.
Maintenance, testing, reconditioning of Trip Batteries. Troubleshooting of Rectifiers.
Inspection of new works being carried out by the construction organization.
