• Implementation on HSE program and systems.
• Develop Health and Safety management plan and oversee implementation of the same.
• Report and review findings from accident investigation
• environmental testing
• Maintain and apply knowledge of current policies, regulations
• Inspect facilities, machinery, and safety equipment in order to identify and correct potential
hazards, and to ensure safety regulation compliance.
• Review employee safety programs to determine their adequacy. Carry out staff training for familiarization with safety policies, procedures and documentation
• Interview employers and employees to obtain information about work environments and workplace incidents.
• Review plans and specifications for construction of new machinery& equipment in order to determine safety requirements have been met.
• Compile, analyze, and interpret statistical data related to occupational illnesses and accidents.
• Conduct or direct testing of air quality, noise, temperature, and radiation levels to verify
compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide technical advice and guidance to organizations on how to handle HSE related problems and make needed changes.

• Maintain lessons with outside organizations, such as fire departments, mutual aid societies, and rescue teams
• Conducting regular internal audits to ensure compliance with CLIENT Safety Management System

• Assigning inspection schedules, training requirements and arrangements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Conduct HSE audits and program training in my AOR
• Conduct comprehensive Health/Safety inspections and accident investigations throughout my
AOR
• Responsible for incident investigation to determine the Root cause analysis and abatement of hazards
• Perform tasks per theater Manager
