Hospitals like OPD Annex, Psychiatry, PEC, Al Khor Hospital,
Al Wakrah Hospital, etc.
Troubleshooting of Local extension or cable, Jumper wire and
in-house wiring at customer premises.
Maintaining an inventory of telephone and other accessories
needed to replace or repair the system.
Responsible for diagnosing & resolving hardware, software,
network & end user problems;
Responsible to set-up, installation and configuration of any
new hardware/software;
Maintaining a wide range of PC hardware, software programs,
network infrastructure, ADSL using WIMAX & PABX Telephone
system;
Monitoring & maintaining network connectivity and Assisting
the IT manager with support request;
Maintaining a working desktop environment and support
outlook email and other Microsoft back-office application;
Ability to troubleshoot in the above technology environment
and communicate related issues with the end user and IT
management.
Updates and maintain inventories and stores of server and
network equipment and attends to the disposal of obsolete

External works on GS-Daewoo client (LR Qatar Gas) and

components and the supply of requested and approved
