Was in charge of setting up and managing the Air Cooled Heat Exchanger (Air Fin Cooler) Business unit of Boldrocchi Srl in India, including construction of the manufacturing facility, staffing and overall operations, based out of Chennai.
Boldrocchi is a world-renowned Italian engineering, manufacturing & service firm with over 100 years of experience, offering a wide-range portfolio of integrated solutions to the engineering industry that includes heat exchangers & coolers, fans, blowers, compressors, gas turbine systems etc.

The Air Fin Cooler division of BGR with manufacturing facility at Chennai and installation references worldwide, is currently the market leader in India and has expertise in carbon steel, low alloy steel, stainless steel, duplex and clad steel material to specifications of ASME, NACE and other international codes & standards.
Managed the Key accounts business in India, and Exports business to Middle East and Far East markets for the Heat Exchanger division of BGR group. The division specialises in Air-cooled as well as Plate type and Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers, catering
mainly to the Oil & Energy sector, particularly refineries. Also responsible for New Business development which includes development of both New Products as well as New Territories / Segments.

Headed the Sales and Marketing functions for all the Companies under Al-Sayed Group, reporting directly to the Chairman and Managing Director of the Group. The Group’s operations span from Contracting, Facilities Management and Real Estate to Event Management, Restaurant chains and Catering business.

Responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, deciding on suitable diversification based on market needs, formation of new Companies and their development including pre-qualification with prominent clients and participation in Tenders and generated RFQs, follow-up on submitted tenders and quotations and finalization of contracts. Major pre-qualifications / vendor approvals secured include Woqod, Qatar Airways, Doha Bank, Al Jazeera Media Network etc.

catering mainly to the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Energy and Marine segments.
 Oversaw the entire sales and marketing operations of Plate heat exchangers across the GCC, Iran and North Africa
 Managed market development, key account management, retrofit for fully welded Plate Heat Exchangers (Compabloc)
in the GCC. Spearheaded technology conversion drives, presentations and workshops
