HR oriented activities
Assign duty schedule for about a work force of more than 400 staff comprising of salesman, helpers and merchandisers .Managing their weekly off, vacation schedule, overtime and resumption of work.
Handling pay roll for the entire Sales and Marketing Department which sum up to 500 employees.
Arrange for the timely leave settlement of employees by preparing and forwarding their application after obtaining approvals from the concerned authorities. Facilitating the issuance of certificates related to various needs of the employees through proper liaising with Human Resource Department.
Scrutinize the applications forwarded in different categories.
Liaise with different departments for organizational coordination.
Monitoring the responsibilities with subordinates and ensured it is adhered to. Coordinate with every department and identify the Human Resource requirements and make necessary arrangements.
