Managerial :

Networking:

Perform network audits and maintain technical documentation. Troubleshoot all networking problems to ensure minimum downtime and maximum availability of network. Implementation of VPN links between site-to-site and site-to-client.
System Administration:
Installation of Operating System and application software under multi-platform environments, deployment of servers, disk quota management and distributed file systems, network, etc. and monitoring the same. Plan and implement software rollouts, Patch management, and OS deployments/upgrades. Handle planning & design of Active Directory (AD), Modify Active Directory Schema and secure active directory. Devise strategies for Disaster Recovery Management, including planning and designing servers for back up and recovery of mail / server / database information. Maintain archived data on tape & hard disk drives using RAID.
HIS / HMIS :
•Planning, Implementation, Scheduling, Training & Team / Stakeholder Management

•Installing the software and configuring to establish the Interface between the Medical Equipment and the Software. For example:- Auto analyzer(Hitachi) Arterial Blood Gas analyzer(AVL), Elecsys and Swelab.
•Proper Periodical monitoring of the result updated automatically to the software along with QC reports.
•Picture Archival Computer System PACS - Implementation to integrate the Computer Tomography (CT-Sensation Cardiac -Siemens), Magnetic Resonance Imaging(MRI-Siemens), Digital X-ray(Kodak), Echocardiogram(Accuson), Ultrasound (Siemens) and Coronary Catheterization Lab (Siemens) Images on a single platform for viewing to Consultants on their computer Desktop at a touch of a button with full Demographic and pathological details for diagnosis.
•Provide Stabilized networks for receiving the images from the diagnostic centers for reporting the cases
•Maintaining Tele-Radiology Server - Creating users, Frequent Updates, Consistent connectivity & Backups
Worked on HP/Aruba switches, configuration, sizing for the company’s requirement
•Configuring and Troubleshooting routing using protocols like RIP, IGRP, EIGRP, OSPF and HSRP.
•Configuring NAT on Cisco routers and configuring ACL’s & Route Maps for filtering network traffic.
•Configure the acceleration of network traffic between the Hub and spoke circuits using Juniper WXC and Riverbed steelhead devices
