Job Responsibility :
• Finalization of Monthly Production Plan with COO on basis of Sales requirement.
• Major role is Capacity planning and Inventory control.
• Material Outsourcing & In-house requirement finalization on the basis of cost & lead time.
• SAP Capacity Planning implementation team member.
• KANBAN Monitoring for 60% export Products to achieve OTIF.
• Weekly Planning through SAP MRP process.
• Co-ordination & communication with marketing & Customer.
• Optimum utilization of available resources for minimum overall production cost.(Machines, labor outsources)
• Master Maintenance of SAP
• Team Member of development & project section.
Job Responsibility :
• Major role is basic core planning and control for internal production according to customer requirement.
• Inventory control.
• Scheduling of production order to meet customer requirement.
• Co-ordination with material, marketing and production department to monitor material flow on the shop floor.
• Customer satisfaction by ensuring on time delivery at right quantity.
