I am in charge for design of scaffolding for civil and industrial use (refineries Oil & Gas);
Contract Manager for sale and hire scaffolding and negotiation with suppliers.
Management Activities:
− Supervision of works for the maintenance Oil Tanks and Pipe lines changes;
− Design of scaffolding and work plans;
− Contract planning;
− Accounting of construction yard;
− Responsible for safety on site for 120 workers;
− Cost management.
In charge of budgeting controls, processing and delivering of projects for new locking device (MET) at the Institution of Patenting.
As Technical Manager of the engineering department I managed projects for:
− Design and Construction of plants for precast elements for use metro and railway like a slabs, sleepers and concrete turnout bearers (rail) from pre commissioning to the stat-up for international clients (India, Russia, Middle East, Brazil);
− Supply and installations railway signalling systems (locking devices and level crossings);
− Rolling stock components;
− Project Management Consulting (PMC) for renewal or construction new railways lines.

− Implementation of plans and strategies for the General Management;
− Team Management and planning of technical activities ( schedule all activities );

I was in charge for construction and activation of the railway line High Speed AV/AC Milan - Bologna on ballastless form.
I ensured the works in accordance with the regulations, laws and contractual obligations. Monitor of the physical progress of works, attends to processing, the laboratory tests and inspections on construction sites.
Ensure the preparation of documents necessary for issuing accounting and work-in-progress recording, consistent to the contract requirements.
Furthermore I was involved like a member of control group for the resolution of legal dispute and contentious matters.
Main works followed on Site:
Railway line High Speed AV/AC Milan - Bologna - Works management units 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.A ( Modena)
• Artificial tunnel below the existing highways;
• Diaphragm walls;
• Control of welding and sealing waterproofing tunnel;
• Railway embankment;
• Built new secondary roads and expanded existing highways by adding further driving lane for part of carriageway ( 20 km per part);
• Verification of alignment;
• Earthworks;
• Environmental mitigation;
• Jet grouting columns;
• Railway viaduct ( 50 km ).
Railway built: 192 km; Total: € 4 billion
