Duties
• Supporting and supervising the Customer Service Team to ensure they continuously provide 5 star services to all the passengers and adhere to safety policy and security standards of the company.
• Gathering comprehensive customer service feedback data and present to the Manager Quality Assurance and Customer Service in a timely fashion.
• VIP guests Escorting and Tour guide.
• Monitoring and reporting facility faults.
• Airport operations coordination and liaising information to all stakeholders and contractors.
• Preparing shift reports and briefing top management of events and incidences taking place during shifts.
• Preparing and conducting staff briefings.
• Man power allocation and planning.
• Complain resolution and handling of passenger feedbacks and responding promptly.

• Coaching and supporting Customer relations Team.

• Ensuring our guests get good quality and quantity of food purchased as per brand standards
• Training and development of junior staff and new joiners.
• Engaging and interacting with guests during their visits.
• Cash and cash up handling.
• Handling customer feedbacks and complains.
• Marketing of new food items on the menu.
• Seating and escorting guests.
Responsibilities: ensuring absolute guest satisfaction.by taking care of their needs and making sure they get the best quality of service and food .being last man of defense making sure that before the food is dropped on the table it is best quality and quantity as per brand requirements.and training junior staff
Responsibilities: Accomplishing restaurant human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
