• Reviewing Shop drawings coming from shop drawing provider to see if there’s clarification or some issues that would arise to prevent it before commencing for site execution.
• Preparing Quantity take off for Architectural works such as floor finishing materials, ceiling finishing materials, wall finishing materials, and facade cladding materials (glass, aluminium and stone cladding), Infrastructure such as kerbs, asphalts, cement bound materials and interlocking tiles as per FEED drawings.
• Preparing tabulated information/data required as per Project Specifications as a way to simplify in checking the submitted material samples and material submittal documents.
• Preparing design sketches proposals for Client approval.
• Liaise to Clients in giving technical assistance.
• Preparing progress reports as per actual site completion.
• Liaise to subcontractors with regards to their documents such as Material Submittals, Method Statements, Structural Calculation, ITP’s and Shop Drawings.
• Responsible in checking subcontractor Shop drawings prior to submission Document Control prior to Client review and comments/approval.
