• Invited by Step Up International, to give an inspirational talk to fifty youths from Molepolole at Gaborone club on the 02 April 2016
• Invited as a motivational speaker to motivate Boswa Primary School Standard 7 pupils on the 17 February 2016 in preparation for their examination at the end of the year
• Invited to give motivation talk to Botswana Public Officers Medical Aid Scheme (BPOMAS) on the 12 February 2016
• Invited as a motivational speaker to motivate the staff ( teaching and non teaching) of Solomon Dihutso Primary school on the 09 February 2016
• Invited as guest speaker at a men’s conference held in Molepolole Bible life ministries on the 24 October 2015 with the theme: “The mighty men attitude”
• Invited as guest speaker at Extension II Magistrate annual wellness day celebration on the 23 October 2015 that is celebrated country wide with the theme: “Healthy lifestyles for organizational success”
• Invited as a motivational speaker yearly from 2012 - 11/10/2015 to motivate Standard 7 pupils on the before their examination at the end of the year, and they have obtained 100% ever since motivation began
• Invited to give word of encouragement at Mabutsane Sub- District Council awards ceremony on the theme “ Appreciating exceptional performance
• Invited on the capacity of a motivational speaker at the Mayor’s candle lit dinner on the 08 September 2015 to inspire students before their examination with the theme: “moving forward with Jwaneng Community Beyond 2016”
• Gave a speech on behalf of the permanent secretary of Education for Gaborone Secondary School awards ceremony on the 28/08/2015
• Was the guest on Botswana Television for Sedibeng aired on 13 and 14 May 2015
• Participated in the women’s law enforcement panel discussion held at Botswana Police College, organized by the United States of America Embassy
• Discuss contemporary issues of national concern on Botswana national television and private radio stations and had a weekly program on Botswana’s private radio station (Duma Fm) known as Dr Maseko with Gender Issues on the cookie jar. Currently this has been carried on to a national radio station, radio Botswana
• Part of panel discussion organized by BBC World on the topic are women treated as second class citizens when it comes to inheritance
• Obtained position one in debate for international women’s day on the topic “ Abuse of women and girl child will be dealt with in 2016 since the efforts are visible”. We were on the opposing side
• Motivational speaker in my workplace and other organizations to improve organizational mindset and culture.
• Participant in workshop held by Human Science Research Council (HRSC), received sponsorship for my Research essay and thesis.

• Allowed Botswana television to air my lessons for first issues program, these were entitled “living the right life” and “brainy queens” sponsored by first National Bank (FNB).

• Provided counseling services in Gaborone west police station(Gaborone, Botswana)
• Facilitator during the workshops conducted by Ministry of Home Affairs ( Department of Gender Affairs) and African Leadership Academy(TAWLA) to empower citizens
• Chaired the organizing committee for international and local events conducted Ministry of Home Affairs ( Department of Gender Affairs)
• Mentored, supervised and trained teaching practice student from the University of Botswana assigned to St Joseph’s College
• Mentor for New postgraduate students at the University of Botswana during my postgraduate studies
