HSE Observation Reporting for all active construction of BES in SCF Plant continues as a key mechanism to identify, communicate and design programs to eliminate unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
Follow and implement HSE rules & regulation written on the HSE manaual

Daily safe man hours record maintenance.
Daily tool box meeting with a various safety topics
Gas monitoring with gas tester around the work area before issuing work permit
Fire extinguisher safety inspection and maintaining up to date certifications
Inspection of Hot & Cold working permit areas
Confined space Entry safety checks
Visual inspection and auditing at work place & fabrication workshops, store, yard & etc.,
Site safety supervision and house keeping.
Preparation of safety evacuation plan.
Coordinating with safety Engineer on safety issues.

Verifying issued work permits with respect to compliance of work
