-Put a strategic plan for every year discussed with the top management.
-Make a vision and mission and approve it from the top management.
-Approved clear SMART objectives every year with the team work.
-Approved an executive plan every week for the Team work and follow up its weekly by preparing a weekly progress and monthly progress.
-Establish a regular meeting with the team and the management to handle all the needs.
-Put corrective and preventive actions for all the customer complaints.
-Approve an action plans for the new projects.
-Monitor and control the entire approved plan weekly.
-Introducing a new projects (adjust the customer's specifications).
-Follow up the customer's needs and the recommendations.
-Preparing a list of the management requirements and approve it.
-Monitor and control the managemnt documents and the customer data base.
-Follow up the consumption rate at the customer and giving the situation of the competitors to the upper management.
-Follow up applying the 5S roles.
-Follow up the customers and covering the proactive and reactive visits.
-Make technical visits reports indicating the customer needs and their situations and send it to the concerned departments.
