• Identify, train and supervise private, NGO, public and private clinic care providers to implement standard operating procedures for integrated HCT/STI/RH services and condom provision in "work sites"
• To ensure implementing standard operating procedures and quality assurance standards at private, NGO, public, and Worksite clinics delivering integrated HCT/STI/RH and condom programming
• Lead and supervise the strengthening of HCT, STI, RH services and referral system at worksite network service delivery points in all operational sites (System strengthening).
• Organize, lead and coordinate HCT/STI/TB enhanced outreaches (campaigns), THAD, and CWE
• Coordinate joint clinical technical review meetings (between worksite provider, project partners and public facilities) and facilitate experience sharing meetings (Joint M&E)
• Produce updates, reports, presentations and proposals of the area MULU/worksite USAID program to head office

Position: Assistant Project Coordinator (4 months)
• Preparing work plan at annual, bi-annual, quarter, monthly basis with budgeting proposals
• To take frequently part in outreach team to oversee the seasonal migrant workers in the farm sites, & continuous monitoring their health care: H/E (HIV/KA/TB/Malaria, condom promotion) etc
• Maintaining and reinforce relationships with gov’tal authorities at all levels, NGOs, & others
• Experience in International Humanitarian Organization and in public health emergency response and management; HIV risk groups, Kala-zar, TB/Co infection, and Malnutrition etc
• Experience in data entry, analyses of researches/surveys, and data quality control
Supporting and strengthening Ethiopian health sector and specifically addressing the vulnerable group or Most at Risk Peoples (MARPs) through the Health extension program
Coordinate basic/refresher trainings, & facilitate and organize Review meetings at all levels
Conducting M&E, joint Supportive supervision & supportive follow up visit & on job trainings
Work closely with governmental health office staff & admin authorities
The first exposure working with International organization and USAID funded program
