Project management of 380kV D/C Overhead Line and associated 132kV GIS Substation.
o Responsible for day-to-day supervision and control over the contractor works of installation and commissioning of 132kV GIS & GIB, 132kV SF6 & Oil Termination, 100MVA Power Transformer, Earthing Resistor, 132kV SF6/Air Bushing, 132kV/33kV XLPE cable & sealing end, 33kV Switchgear, Surge Arrestor, SVL, Control & Relay panel, Battery, SAS equipmet and AC & DC DB panels.
o Responsible for day-to-day supervision and control over the contractor works of 135km long 380kV D/C OHTL construction of foundation, Tower erection, Stringing & Commissioning.
o Coordinate and monitor the daily work plan from the EPC contractor.
o Verify and highlight the shortcomings of required materials and equipments at site.
o Inspect and approve daily progress report for the job being done by the EPC contractor and highlighted any shortcomings.
o Participate and witnessing of Site Acceptance Test on Electrical equipments and system.
o Provides reports on project progress against the approved plans and budgets, bringing to notice potential problems or delays and recommends solutions.
o Review and approve of contractor work statement and bill clearance.
o Maintaining site safety at all times and complete daily risk assessments where required and Ensuring that accidents and near misses are suitably reported.
Project: Lump Sum Turn Key basis for 30kM, 25km long 132kV D/C & 25kM long Reconductoring of 132kV D/C OHTL project.
Responsibilities:
o Day to day coordination with engineering department to get an approval for all engineering correspondence.
o Day to day planning, coordination and construction of foundations, tower erection, stringing of quad-bundle conductor and ground wires/OPGW and associated operations for stringing such as sagging, clipping, jointing and spacer installation, final inspection and testing & commissioning.
o To supervise and monitor the subcontractors & co-ordinate to complete the work as per client’s specification and to resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise at any time.
o Maintaining, updating and monitoring the design correspondence, material status, construction progress, Quantity survey & Certification.
Project: Lump Sum Turn Key basis for 27kM long 400KV S/C & 55kM long 60KV D/C OHTL Project.
Responsibilities:
o Day to day coordination with engineering department to get an approval for all engineering correspondence.
o Day to day planning, coordination and construction of foundations, tower erection, stringing of quad-bundle conductor and ground wires/OPGW and associated operations for stringing such as sagging, clipping, jointing and spacer installation, final inspection and testing & commissioning.
Project 03: Crude transit line from GC-07 to manifold GC-03
o Prepares electrical basis of designs, equipment specifications and BOM related to 3.3KV Indoor S/S associated with Power & Distribution Transformer, Air/Vacuum Switchgear, MCC, HT/LT Motors, ESP, Power & Control cables, Battery & UPS, Relay & Annunciator panel.
o Provide technical support to supervisor and control over the erection and commissioning of 3.3KV switchgear, power transformer, MCC panel, LT/HT motor, power and control cables associated with cable tray & conduit installation.
o Installation of transformer rectifier, anodes, Test station and Cathodic Protection cables on UG pipe line and new Oil wells.
Project 02: Polyethylene Expansion Project
o Responsible for reporting, controlling and monitoring the installation and commissioning works on 11 kV Indoor S/S associated with 12MVA Power Transformer & three winding transformer, 3.45kV Switchgear/MCC panel, HT/LT Motors, VSD, Power/Control/Communication Laying & termination, Battery & UPS system, Relay & Control panel, Indoor/Outdoor Lighting, Grounding, Field receptacle, cable tray, HVAC system, Fire Alarm and SAS equipment’s.
o Supervise installation and commissioning of RIE building and upgrade of existing S/S switchgear panel.
o Produce method statement related to installation and testing of electrical equipment’s and functional scheme checks.
o Prepare the execution plan & raise request for inspection.
Project 01: Waste water treatment plant
o Responsible for reporting, controlling and monitoring the installation and commissioning works of 3.45 kV S/S.
o Successfully performed revamp job activity on energized existing S/S load transfer to the new S/S without interruption of running plant production.
o Successfully performed amendment of existing 3.45 KV motor control center and switchgears spare and space cubicles to suitable for installation of new 1500 KW & 800kW motor starters, cabling, relay coordination and Comm
LSTK basis Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning of 120kM long 400KV D/C Overhead Line.
o Responsible for supervision and control over the sub-contractor works of foundations, tower erection, stringing of conductor and ground wires/OPGW and associated operations for stringing such as sagging, clipping, jointing and spacer installation, final inspection and testing & commissioning.
o Ensure the job being done by the sub-contractor has complied according to SOW and Company QA/QC and Safety Standard.
o Managing resources on site like a manpower, materials, equipment, machinery and tools.
