Summary:
Managing project from feasibility study to EPC project execution i.e. design & cost study, tendering, EPC supervision, commissioning, and project handover.
Main responsibilities are engineering design & materials review & approval, cost estimation, tendering (create ITB & bidding evaluation), review all material/equipment specifications, construction managing/supervision, commissioning in-charge, final documents review & approval, etc.
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Involve for project feasibility study and cost estimation for CAPEX purposes.
Managing approved AFE (Authorization for Expenditure) Project. Responsible forproject execution from ITB preparation till project completion.
Develop and implement design standards.
Preparation of ITB (Invitation to Bid) and supporting documents.
Service/ Material PR application using SAP software.
Review& evaluation of bidders proposal/ equipment specification
Conduct KOM (Kick-off meeting)
Review and approval of engineering design documents prior to construction
Review and approval of material specifications prior to procurement.
Supervise construction and permit to work.
Monitor and control contractors’ schedule, progress& quality of works.
Support and conduct QC work such as site inspection, records review, etc.
Coordinate and supervise Punch list and Commissioning
Review and approval of final documents e.g. as-built drawings, manuals, etc.

HVAC project such as room ventilation system and centralized air-conditioning system.
Waste water treatment upgrading with packages of Tank, pumps, air compressor, etc.
Plant turn-around (TA) project involvement;
Cracker 1 & 2, BD, OCU and Polymers plant.
Oil & Gas, EPC Storage Tank Project (K.O.C. Crude Export Facilities Project)
Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude but not limited to:
Construction of nineteen (19) Double Deck-Floating roof tanks and two (2) Cone roof tanks.
Review and approval of tank fabrication& erection and inspection procedures.
Reporting to Lead Mechanical Manager for the progress status.
Performs detailed planning/scheduling activities for compliance to contract requirements and internal reporting analysis requirements.
Prepare technical reports according to applicable Project requirements, internal requirements and Client Contract requirements.
Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress Report of project status;
Monitor construction site for compliance with schedule & Progress Measurement System (PMS).
Coordinate & assist to the field engineer’s activities such as drawing interpretation, tank erection layout & surveying work.
Support and conduct QC works such as site inspection, records review, etc.
Conduct and arrange punch listing with clients.
Prepare and arrange hydrotest plan, reporting and inspection.
Coordinate and supervise of tank calibration.
Assist in preparation of Construction and QA/QC final documents.
Oil & Gas, EPC Storage Tank Project (Qatar Petroleum Lab Project)
Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude but not limited to:
Preparation of Progress report
Project Schedule using Microsoft Project
Progress measurement with S-curve
Daily / weekly and monthly progress report
Document Control and compilation for construction and project handover
Project supervision and monitoring of progress.
Assist to Project Manager for construction plan and progress development.
Meeting with client for the progress report and project development.
Support and conduct QA/QC works such as assist client inspector, site inspection point preparation, records review, documentation, etc.
Coordinate to Supervisors and QA/QC team for expediting of project progress.
Support and Perform Field Engineering works:
Fabrication and erection site layout
Surveying work to check the foundation & shell/bottom/roof plate levelness
Tank inspection preparation i.e. levelness, roundness, plumbness, plates fit-up, etc.
Managing project closing for the hydrotest, painting, punch closing and tank calibration.
Preparation and compilation of final documents for project handing over.

Perform preventive maintenance of production machines.
Calibration of machines prior to production use.
Monitoring of production quality output of the machines
and Responsibilitiesinclude but not limited to:
Perform preventive maintenance of production machines.
Calibration of machines and make a sample to pass the quality of the items prior to handover to production operator.
Monitoring of production quality output of the machines from time to time.
Petrochemical Plant, EPC Project(Salalah Methanol Project)
Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude but not limited to:
Supervise erection of static and rotating equipment.
Review and approval of erection & inspection procedures of Static equipment e.g. Storage tank, Column, Tower, Vessels and Column/Vessel Internal Trays, Packing & Catalyst.
Review and approval of rotating equipment standard installation and alignment for pumps, air cooler, compressor, etc.
Prepare drawings and procedures for erection and inspection reference.
Supervising and Monitoring of construction schedule and progress.
Review and verification of rigging plan prior to commencement of work
Provides technical assistance to the sub-contractor during construction works
Issue and prepare site instruction to sub-contractor for the project development and for the documentation requirements.
Support and conduct QC work such as site inspection, records review, etc.
Managing of construction to ensure all construction execution are carried out in strict compliance with project specifications, site HSE plan, quality control schedule, resources and required documentation.
