 Manpower Budgeting & Forecasting for the Bank’s COO, CRO and OSS verticals (having more than 5000 employees).
 Preparation & maintenance of various Dashboards and Reports (weekly/fortnightly /monthly/quarterly/yearly) for business (aforementioned verticals) as well as for HR department.
 Driving PMS across the verticals and ensuring online closure of Goal Setting, Mid-term Goal Review and Annual Goal Review / Appraisal processes.
 Researching/Analysing salary scales for the employees across the vertical in a role-wise, zone-city-location wise manner in order to aid to the compensation and benefit programs.

 Tracking various training programs schedule and delivery in coordination with the central L&D team.
