Precision Tune Auto care is a leading American Franchise in after sales service of cars. I joined in this newly established organization and regularized all its administration and set-up. I was responsible to build private and fleet customers loyalty and manage service experience to a very high standard. Increasing market share by attracting customers and opening up new branches was a key objective.

I started by career with OITE as a Head of Administration, due to my skills and Arabic ability I was given the responsibility of Public Relations Manager. This was a key role in managing government relationship, managing visas for international exhibitors and managing the permissions and licenses to conduct many fairs. During this tenure I handled large international fairs such as Muscat International Fair which has many government participations from Oman and abroad.

Managing computerized licensing and supervising junior staff in their daily work was a key part of my responsibility. Working for the police in the early days of Dubai was an experience which I count upon.
