Guiding the startup and management of HR operations, systems and programs. Worked with senior management to create HR policies and procedures; recruit employees; assists in the administration of employee benefits group; and develop orientation, training and incentive programs. Manage leave-of-absence programs and personnel records.
•Played a key role in ensuring the successful launch of KAUST HR office. Structured and implemented programs and policies in the areas of training, compensation structures, benefits packages, incentives and new-employee orientation.
•Supervision on all paper work processing regarding (vacation, terminations, dismissal, end of contracts, time sheets).
•Audit and certify to the payroll section for all human resources transactions, including appointments, promotions, transfers, demotions, terminations, dismissals, merit increases, special benefit payments, and changes in personal data, to ensure accuracy and sufficiency of data, conformance with regulations, and position level control.
•Wrote employee manual covering issues including disciplinary procedures, code of conduct, and benefits information.
•Revised job descriptions across all levels. Interviewed employees to construct an accurate picture of the duties and skills required for each position.
•Reworked on orientation program to include HR information and company procedures so employees can understand and be aware of their rights and duties.
•Assist in the presentation of Saudi labor law explanation and understanding for new Human resource employees joining out staff in the project
•Identified, developed and proposed procedure improvements in the organization, Developed, implemented and maintained the skills in analyzing and exploring the issues associated with job analysis, description, Job Families, enrichment and satisfaction, organizational charts and other related practices.

Resource Allocation at emirates airlines

•Accountable for ensuring that the allocation of resources is undertaken independently, without prejudice, and in-line with the planned business needs, the dynamic real-time operational demands, and the unscheduled customer requirements; whilst achieving the targeted levels of the current Service Level Agreements.
•Pre-planning - taking into account the expected demands, schedules, and roistered resources pre-plan the allocation of tasks 24-72 hours in advance of the shift (as per agreed timetable with Department).
•Improve operational efficiency and productivity by utilizing specialist knowledge of the decision support systems (including but not limited to Resource Management System (RMS), Real-Time Control (RTC), Multi-Access Check-in System (MACS), and DNATA Management Information System (DMIS) to ensure that the most effective resource allocation plan is created, communicated, and executed.
•Monitor the effectiveness of the allocation plan, and continually feedback recommendations regarding roster solutions and resource engagement standards to the relevant Resource Planning and Administration staff. Continuously keep up-to-date on the agreed service and resource levels by DNATA through co-ordination with the relevant Standards & Procedures staff, Line Managers, and Supervisors. Increase effectiveness of staff allocation by continuously maintaining the qualification levels of staff on the master list within the system.
•Work as part of a team of Resource Allocators ensuring smooth handover to and from colleagues on shift duties, and covering for other departments or areas as required.
