• Developed a time management system for the Termination cases based on the requirements raised (in parallel or in sequence)
• Managed a portfolio of 360 Million VIP (high net worth) clients; collected AED 92 Million in 20 months
• Negotiated and closed 37 commercial deals to generate AED 32.5 million of collections revenue
• Structured win-win deals through financial (NPV, Weighted Average Life, etc) and practical metrics (affordability, attractiveness)
