• Data processing for mechanical works to prepare User Requirement Specification (URS)
• Preparing schedule for all type of work regarding utility, HVAC and process machineries installation and commissioning.
• Prepare necessary drawing, design, specification & BOQ of works
• Liaison with consultant / designers
• Technical evaluation of offers to select suitable contractors
• Planning, supervision & execution of works at site
• Installation & commissioning of Utility support (Chiller, Boiler, Water treatment plant, Air Compressor, PW, WFI, PSG plant, Effluent treatment plant, Fire hydrant & detection system and pump house)
• Installation & commissioning of Clean room (HVAC system, paneling & Epoxy work) and all type of process machineries ( Solid area, Sterile injectable area and Packaging area)
• Ensure progress of work as per schedule
• Supervise & guide the operators, fitters & helpers
• Prepare proper documentation ( IQ, OQ, PQ and DQ )
