- Provide guidance and support to in the development and implementation of monitoring tools, which will include, but not be limited to, data collection, analysis and reporting on program indicators;
- Support in preparing bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual programmatic performance reports.
- Entering all M&E relevant reports into the online systems.
- Preparing and sorting received documents and identifying forms that need to be entered.
- Support in the review and checking of data generated being in line with the M&E reporting requirements. Support the analysis of data in line with the M&E framework.
- Other Monitoring and Evaluation functions as needed.

Serve as first point of contact in the project office for visitors or calls;
Maintain up to date, clearly organized grant files containing all required documents;
Draft documents such as letters, reports, and invitations;
Arrange logistics for monthly stakeholder meetings and quarterly Technical Advisory Group meetings (invitations, location, refreshments, other);
Coordinate and make arrangements for staff travel in accordance with AMIDEAST and USAID travel policies;
Coordinate proper procurement of equipment, property, and services with AMIDEAST operations office;
Maintain inventory of all project equipment and property;
Screening resumes for requested jobs.
Account holder for clients
Maintain a long term relationship with existing and new clients.
Arrange for interviews and follow up on outcome for improvement.
Assist with the improvement of recruitment advertising content, strategies and placement.
Maintain reports on open requisitions.
Assist with the development of job descriptions.
Perform other non-routine projects and duties as required
- Supporting customer to solve their problems.
- maintain customer satisfaction to enhance company's position in the market.
- supporting Blackberrt and iphone handsets.
-Reporting network cases.
