Worked as a ticketing Officer at el-nada plaza tourism Officer n Cairo Egypt. During my stay, I was completely responsible for ticketing and booking of flights, hotel reservations, and much more services for our clients worldwide. My role was a very diverse role, which included, but was not limited to the following:
 Contracting Airline companies and making flight bookings to suit the client’s requirement around the world.
 Pr services through maintaining good relationships with service providers. Through pr, worked on bringing in discounts and offers to our valued clients.
 Completely responsible for incoming and outgoing correspondences through providing filing systems as well as the preparation of letters and emails.

Worked as an Executive Secretary to the Assistant Chairman of Projects within the Company. Was completely responsible for the complete management of the officer’s daily transactions and duties. Some of the responsibilities undertaken included :
 Preparation and updating of a complete and comprehensive filling system, though which the entire department’s work was categorized and filed in a professional and organized manner.
 The preparation of daily and monthly timesheets to assist the management in keeping record of employee performance and attendance.
 Completely responsible for the stationery inventory, ensuring that sufficient stationery is continuously available for the department, through a proper database and tracking system.
 Completely responsible for income and outgoing correspondences through providing filing systems as well as the preparation of letters and emails.
 The preparation of comparison tables and charts using Microsoft excel to assist the management in marketing informed decision on the performance of works, or employees.
 Responsible for the organization and scheduling of all the department’s meetings through professional correspondences, and proper reservation timetables of meeting rooms.
 Complete management of all affairs related to the Management, whether taking phone-calls, arranging meeting, PR events, and reservation for visitors, and much more.
