Hub station between office and running projects where I have been a key link to department divisions in order to facilitate the business progress in a smooth way. Preparing all payment application (Payment certificates, cheques & LC requests). Handling all office administration tasks including but not limited to mailing, filing, preparing meetings, employee’s relations, logistical operations & office supplies. Coordinating with vendors and subcontractors to meet department requirements at the earliest and fulfil the necessities for both parties for a quick operational process. Updating ERP system with purchase requisitions in order to proceed with projects material supplies.
My role is multitasked and variable as I am responsible about coordinating the tasks between different departments in the company including but not limited to;
Organising daily tasks and appointments for the GM, doing researches and giving feedback on various ideas.
Following up with website developers on the updates and maintenance of the website plus posting comany news and social media updates.
Liaise with Accounting department to insure all payment and invoices are collected and setteled in time.
Recieveing and presenting Engineers reports about existing and new projects to maintain up to date progress.
Arrange daily booking with travel agents.
Plan transport schedule for buses to pick up guests from hotels.
Prepare daily stock management with the factory and other vendors.
Helping the cashier with check outs and packing for guests.
Follow up with cashier daily cash flow and payments.
Checking the invoices and purchase orders and comparisons.
Daily end of day reports for travel agent and owner.
Filming daily Catamaran trips making digital photo DVDs.
Helping boat crew with the trip activities & information.
Giving tips and advice to acompanying guest on photography.
Building the store daily management system.
Organizing daily bookings with travel agents and scheduling the trans¬fer services.
Maintain cash flow and bookkeeping for the facility.
Daily sales reports and commissions calculation for agents.
Assisting the management with negotiation plans in order to bargain good deals with travel agents.
Establishing POS system in order to speed up the services provided to the customers and maintains accurate stock control and store reorder limits.
Managing & Organizing dive shop store for diving & snorkeling equipments & accessories.
Booking & arranging for diving & snorkeling trips through our dive operation partner
