To fulfill its mission, ARASCO operates along the food value chain with a synergistic 6 Strategic Business Units (SBU) that consist of animal feed milling, corn refining, poultry production and marketing, farm inputs and services, logistical services and testing, inspection and certification services (TIC).

I work as President of IDAC which is the 6th SBU that enables the food industry in MENA region to provide high quality safe food for everyone by offering full scope of Testing, Inspection and Certification services all over the food value chain of manufacturers, retailers and restaurants.

El Seif Development Company is the largest supplier of Healthcare Equipment in the Middle East. It has almost 45 % market share with total revenue of 1 Billion Saudi Riyal.

The company has several joint ventures with US and European companies in health care industry such as General Electric Healthcare, Varian Medical Systems, Beckman Coulter and so many others.

I am responsible about managing the operation of the company, P&L as well as growing the sales and market shares in the market of Saudi Arabia plus the business development.


Achievements:

• Developed the Corporate P&L, grew Revenue by 52%, increased Gross Margins to 50% and increased Backlog by 381% in the first 10 months.

• Recruited Key Managers, including finance Manager and Business Development Manager and ramped Clinical Operations team by 125% in preparation for accelerated business growth.

• Developed long and short-range strategic plans, key corporate initiatives and operational policies.

• Managed to grow the laboratories business 50 % through creating new segmentations in the market. That shifts the business model from distribution agreement to a joint venture between Beckman Coulter and ESD.

• Managed to build business cases in MOH & other key customers to highlight the radiotherapy. That leaded to 50% growth of the business of Varian Medical Systems.

• Built Professional Services into a P&L driven business unit that increased revenues in 3 business units from $19M to $ 30M in 2 years and increased net service margins to 65%.

• Facilitated integration of 3 corporate acquisitions and 4 new agencies.

• Increased customer satisfaction to #1 in the industry over market competitors, driving increased product sales.

• New business developments which expand portfolio to cover more areas of healthcare business.
