- Provide operational and technical support on the implementation of all components of JFO programme;
- Design and supervise the implementation of the ATM Cash Transfer Programming scheme;

Conduct research and evaluation studies using survey, questionnaires, focus groups, interviews.
o Worked on: “The Affect of Forced Migration on Jordanian Educational System”. Sponsored by Regional Human Security Centre, funded by CIDA.
o Evaluated the "Minimal Standard of Education Under Emergency" in Jordan. Sponsored by UNESCO, in corporation with the Jordanian Ministry of Education.
Project Management:
Design project, develop monitoring and evaluation plan by measuring indicators, outcomes, and results. Set up a plan for data collection methods and analysis. Provides technical support and assistance in developing a work-plan.
o Monitor & evaluate "Vocational Training” project implemented by the FDA. Sponsored by American Friends Service Committee.
Corporate Social Responsibility:
Provide consultation & training on working procedures and management structure to improve performance and building capacity toward Corporate Social Responsibilities.
o Examine basic human rights compliances at workplace in the private sectors and provide consultation on best practices of Corporate Social Responsibilities.
o Undertake pilot project on several human rights issues such as: Community Engagement & Development, Forced Labor, Child & Youth Labor, Discrimination based on gender, religion…etc.
Manage data and information received from MRM focal persons on Child Violations;
Monitor, verify and examine information received from MRM focal persons, and analyse trends and patterns of violations;
Provide reports and statistics such as the Global Horizantal Note, the country specific reports on children in armed conflict and the annual UN Secretary General's Report;
Facilitate and conduct training on law, advocacy, and children’s rights; as well as conducting workshops on Monitoring & Reporting Mechanism (MRM);
Maintain an overview of an active MRM focal persons and give guidance on how to report and fill the event form.
Development of regional strategic plan: Participate in the situation assessment of program needs, and provide ongoing information and analysis on the situations in the region.
Assessment and Planning: Provide technical assistance to staff for the assessment, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of programs in the Middle Eastern region.
External relationships: Working with NGOs, governmental officials, and other international NGO colleagues to facilitate greater linkages, cooperation, and capacity building.
Program Support: Select a specific program according to the assessment. Identify the capacity building needs of implementing partners and develop training opportunities.
Program and Financial Reporting: Ensure good program planning and financial procedures are followed. Review and critique other program implementation and financial reports.
Relations with Funding Sources: Serve as contact with donor agencies as requested. Gather information and prepare reports for donors as requested.
- Organize & facilitate training workshop in Amman and outside Jordan and ensure their smooth running.
- Assist in budgeting, monitoring, implementation, evaluation, and assessments of the Human Rights Project for Iraq.
- Liaise with Iraqi counterparts, implementing partners and other UN agencies as appropriate to obtain maximum benefit and efficient use of resource in the implementation of project activities.
- Write a periodic report about the current activities to the supervisor and update the work plan as appropriate.
