2-Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements
3-Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates
4-Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
5-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
1. Develop W.B.S for production orders integrating all project objectives, major milestones and contract/client requirements
2. Set time schedule for each task.
3. follow up the work with related departments
4. Responsible for production system, providing "up to date" status for different work orders.
5. proposing monthly production plan based on priority, man hour, man power and coordination with different departments.
1. Managing the daily work shop tasks.
2. Leading large number of technicians and workers (over 100 workers) to execute in hand orders in the required time.
3. Ensure that the work executed according to required code related to the job.
