Career Summary:

Over 23 years Oil and Gas experience, comprising construction, engineering and managing projects for onshore facility projects as site mechanical engineer, project coordinator and Projects Engineering Superintendent with Harouge Oil Operations in Libya “Operator for Libya National Corporation and Suncor” ex (VEBA OIL OPERATIONS) started responsible for follow up construction activities at site and developed to manage the most major maintenance works and building/upgrading of new facilities with Harouge fields. The department has a yearly budget more than $ 100 million.

• Conversant with development of bids from contract documents and development of four tiers programmes from award to completion of contract at site.

• Able to produce detailed technical and commercial scopes of work and long term business plans

• Proficient in dealing with owners/end users throughout contracts in both financial and technical matters.

• Able to control both mechanical, civil works and co-ordinate requirements and interfaces with electrical and other works.

• Proficient in Office 2007 packages and Microsoft Project 2007

• Able to determine critical path areas of project plan and assign work groups in order to deliver projects on schedule.

• Able to work in overseas environment controlling large number of both local and western European staff.

• Execute work independently and provides guidance to other.

• Trained in the development of test and commissioning packages for petrochemical plants in particular with regard to water injection systems.

• Good knowledge and understanding of Excel based program- MatMan: (Excel sheet for integrated inventory and asset management, for capital intensive industry).
