•Reviewing Supply Chain Performance as per Standards of Buyer in multiple Departments including Sizing, Weaving, Dyeing, Finishing and finally Stitching and track out issues that are not acceptable and remove them according to the Planning Schedule.
•Indicate problem solving steps to solve problem and helpful techniques to avoid Interruption in Production planning and going smoothly and align with plan.
•Evaluate Production planning schedule according to the P.O given by the buyer that includes Weight, Size, GSM, Shade and related Accessories to be used during process and indicate the corrective measures if any found.
•Inline Audit in weaving department for weight, size and quality of product issues and duly signed report by the Weaving Manager and regret KPI’sif anything is not up to the mark given in the P.O and Weaving Program given.
•Inline Audit in dyeing department for Shade and absorbency issues and duly signed report by the Dyeing Manager and regret by re-dying of lots if the shade does not matches with the original shade given by the buyer.
•Inline Audit in finishing department including accuracy, pile, product by checking random rolls in the department for any dying fault issues in production lines duly signed report by the Finishing Manager and regret if found not up to the mark.
•Inline Audit in stitching department for lean stitching and matching accessories used in department according to that S.K.U in the P.O and duly signed report by the Stitching Production Manager and regret it if anything found not up to the mark given in the P.O and Stitching Program.
•Final Audit Evaluation according to the A.Q.L level (Acceptance Quality level) as decided by the buyer from the warehouse depart by taking random sample size by AQL level and finally approval of Cartons for exports and regrets for re-checking if any quality issues found.
•Final Audit Evaluation and entertain of external Quality Auditors and satisfies them related quality issues and regret if any fault unaccepted.
• Reporting to Director and Chairman for further liable improvements and suggestions.
•Order Management according to the P.O including Deadlines and Scheduling of departmental production and reviewing stock levels.
•Output oriented tasks of production planning according to the production plan of export and report it to the Manager for avoiding interruption in production and maximizing lean production.
•Make Master Production Schedule and update it with production line.
•Integrate required level of Inventory in Stitching department according to the Production Planning Schedule.
•Match S.K.U requirement with the Shipment Schedule and Production Lines to the Manager.
•Finance Professional, goal and profit oriented with proven ability to lead multiple disciplines including Financial Market Evaluator, Security Evaluator, Portfolio Management, Treasury Management, Analysis of Financial Management.
