To complete all necessary Q.A/Q.C documentation related to the work under his direct control and co-ordinate daily site inspection, if required.

To plan and organize the estimating effort.
To understand the project and contract requirements and to ensure the estimate is in accordance with the contract.
To set up and maintain the estimate files.
To coordinate with other departments within the Company to define and obtain information needed for the estimate.
To Prepare PC1, TS, & Revised PC1 for the Project.
To complete the quantity surveying process.
Making interim payment certificate with complete attachment to client.
To prepare variation orders in line with the contract.
To manage the subcontractors contracts, including payment, according to terms. Duties and Responsibilities.
Prepare a bill of quantities listing the individual components required to construct the project Complete the Quantities take off process according to company standards.
Prepare the variation orders to subcontractors and assist in preparing variation order proposals to client Execute the site measurements process and prepare the quantities calculation sheets required for payment requisition backup documents in the scheduled time frame.
Prepare the subcontractors and suppliers payment certificates Maintain proper logs for subcontracts, to include purchase orders, subcontractors and suppliers payment certificates, prepared, submitted and approved calculation sheets, subcontractors variations Identify the necessary work schedules to be completed by the subcontractors.
Provide the necessary information required for the submission of any potential claims. Coordinate with the Procurement Engineer to communicate required quantities from subcontractors and suppliers.
Supervision of the entire site- Ensure that the work is executed in accordance with the contract drawing and specification, agreed procedures and method statements.
To prepare necessary method statement, if required.
To ensure that the Health and Safety rules and regulations are communicated to the work force and are fully enforced.
To supervise site mobilization and demobilization for each and every activity under his control.
To supervise, monitoring, and reporting of progress, cost and efficiency. Ensure that periodic reports are transmitted to the appropriate person.
To administer sub-contract work and ensure purchase order and/ or the sub- contract agreement requirement are followed.
To conduct daily internal site meetings with site foreman to maintain past, present, and asses future performance requirement.
To Responsible for site surveying and setting out dimensional control.
To monitor all sub-contractor work closely to ensure that the quality of the
work is as per specification and is completed on time.

Monitors progress and feedback it to Project Manager.
Setting out (marking the position of structures) and leveling
the site.
