It was Aramex UAE call center in Jordan/Extensya, i worked on several systems (VECHI, SYNTLETE..) the main purpose of our job is to offer our customers the service they need in the best way, it was English customer service
I have a bachelor degree in Applied English from JUST university in Jordan,the main purpose of our major is to learn how to deal with English in different feilds such as ;TRANSLATION,SECRETARY,METHODS OF TEACHING,COMMERCIAL..ETC. I had been graduated in 2010 i got EXCELLENT average 86.4%
