This is a generic mathematical model which uses the already developed cost files organized either in unit prices or direct and indirect cost files. The General Manager of the company is only asked to produce a unique percentage on “The Profit and Risk Ratio”. He also devised a list of this ratio advised after analyzing various risk levels of different countries and client types where tenders originate. There is a total of full 23 Tenders submitted up to now and only four of them are awarded. He thinks that his approach is concise, unique and complete in itself. To improve this model only new cost data obtained from local subcontractors must be added to the model. Cost files already include very diverse tender topics.
