Greet customers, complete necessary rental or parking information, disclose rates, terms and conditions of rental and obtain customer signatures while using effective sales techniques to encourage customers to utilize service options.
- Receive telephone calls and handle customer-related issues; direct other phone calls to appropriate personnel or take messages.
- Complete, review and submit various reports to supervisor.
- Maintain and update rental agreement files; contract and notify customers of overdue rental vehicles and inquire as to the expected date of return; process rental extensions.
- Balance money in counter drawers, retrieve amount of money collected during shift, complete deposit slip and place money in safe.
- Enter and maintain information in location logs.
- Maintain cleanliness of the rental office area and perform associated custodial duties.
- Complete Car exchange requests in Computer system.
- Perform related responsibilities as assigned or required.
Passenger Handling
Basic Check-in of passengers
Travel Documents checks and scrutiny to ensure that passengers have valid and required travel documents.
Providing Passengers with Airline products and alerting them on dangerous goods
Meet and Assist passengers with the immigration procedures where the need arises
Meeting flights and attending to VIP, S/Ums wherever required.
Preparing of flight documentations and filing for record purposes
Preparing of Post departure documentation/flight coupons ready for sending for accounting reconciliation.
Handling Emirates Business and First Class Passengers transportation from residence to Dubai airport and vice-versa
Handling Emirates Customer Complaints
Handling customer grievances & staff matters.
Procuring resources to caster for contractual obligations
Oversee the productivity and performance of CDS operation team
Provide them support in their day to day function
Maintaining a close working relationship with all other departments to ensure optimum utilization of resources.
Ensuring a fair & equitable distribution of duties to staff and drivers facilitate safe & efficient services
Ensuring the CDS quality standards are met and the high quality of service is provided to the customer.
