1 Personally handle the daily routine correspondences on behave of him.
2 Manage the chairman’s Schedule and business trips.
3 Business co-ordinate between the chairman and all the departments.
4 Attend all the company meeting and summarize them in a weekly report with following up on the tasks.
5 Dealing with the suppliers abroad for maintenance issues.
6 Following up on the exports orders including the shipment procedures.
7 Sending letters and cards on different occasions and organize VIP meetings.
8 In charge of the Secretarial Dept.
