1- Supervising visa specialists team at the office and remotely to agents in satellite offices across UAE.
2- Conducting weekly review with the management.
3- Leading weekly open forum with the staff across UAE to ensure the smoothness of the operation and resolving any obstacles that they encounter.
4- Maintaining company’s cash credit card accounts and ensuring company/ agents accounts are balanced at all time.
5- Providing urgent technical support and online system maintenance.
6- Conducting training for new employers and preparing training manuals for different partners.
7- Conducting monthly cash revenue management to tweak the prices and increase the profit.
8- Coordinating with Courier Company to ensure all pickups and deliveries are executed as schedule.
9- Handling and solving all customers complaints on the spot
