• Manage, develop and grow specific Key Accounts by developing business programs supported with performance related to the BDAs.
• Establish & negotiates BDAs within company’s policies & budget.
• Objective setting and account planning.
• Monitor and review performance against plans and objectives.
• Issue a promotion calendar on a trimester basis as per BDA guidelines.
• Monitor performance and compliance to BDAs, taking corrective action where appropriate.
• Maintain a physical presence in the field to reinforce the account strategy, in-store execution & adherence to agreements.
• Building sales by creating the most advantageous position for our business in each customer with regard to the point of purchase drivers, and in comparison to our competitors.
• Reduce costs by developing the organization’s capacity through improving the effective use and management of company resources.
• Develop and deliver customer plan (Appropriate customer interface, Customer penetration, Brand distribution, Brand display, Price realization, Resource control, Promotion activity, Inputting accurate sales forecasts, Competitor awareness, File maintenance).
