• Managing Organization and Operations Development projects and implementing board strategic initiatives through assessing current business performance and initiating new projects.
• management and coordination of daily activities to ensure high performance and production always.

Saudi Investment group “ SIG” Egyptian Company since 1958, the group contain more
than thirteen company on the different fields like automation, cloth fabrication, logistic,
food, distribution, agriculture, real estate and construction.
 Create Internal Procedure for the all the companies on the group, for the main Process.
 Create the group policy for the comment department like HR, finance, planning ..etc.
 Put the internal Audit plan for all the group sites “ 43 site “ as two time per year.
 Make the reporting system for the top management about the main KPI’s progress
 Manage the improvement project on the different company group.

• Glass Rock Insulation Company is a member of CITADEL CAPITAL, inaugurated in Egypt since 2008, specialized in manufacturing both glass wool and rock wool which are widely used in different insulation applications, The Company’s total annual production capacity amounts for 30, 000MT of rock wool and 20, 000MT of glass wool.
• Nominated to be the Manager of “Improve Logistics Department ” and “Stores and Ware House for Finished Goods Process”.
• Create Internal Procedure for the department, Manage the department activity, create Logistcis data base.

• Make internal Training for ISO for the internal audit team “ 10 member “, explain ISO certificate, Audit Principle and techniques.

• Create Quality Control Plan for both line, put product specifications, reviewed and approved.

• Start Six Sigma Project for the Class B percentage, improved from 9.8 % to 5.4% on three month, save 560, 000 LE annually.
• Lead the project of CE Mark certificate “ European Certificate”, prepare the sample, contact the certificate body, prepare check list and conduct the audit and Gap Analysis report.
• Lead the project of DCL certificate “ Dubai Lenience Certificate”, prepare the sample, contact the certificate body, prepare check list and conduct the audit and Gap Analysis report.
