Responsible for the project management throughout the entire project lifecycle, including project initiation/proposals, project delivery, business liaison / stakeholder management, post implementation review and project close out / handover
• Looking after the development and deployment of the system, customer management.
• Managing project team with the sub-contractor team.

• Multiple projects: Concurrently manage big and small scale projects and have vital experience on IT development, Telecom & Network Deployment, configuration management, change management, service delivery management.

• Holding training sessions & workshops with different departments for guiding them how to update their daily progress on PM system, reporting templates and distributing training materials.
• Finance & Budget: Liaising with the finance and line managers, to control ongoing finances and project costing, making quick and transparent processes for the financial system and project deliveries. Planning & forecasting of projects according to work required and resources.

• Project resource management: tracking resource national or off-shore, tracking holidays, generating project team plan, also arrange 3rd party resources. Close monitoring and controlling of project and team to ensure the communication within the team and have successful completion of task.

• RAID: Daily use of RAID logs to manage risk and issues. Liaise with the teams for project discussion.
• Change Management: change control with change request management, SLA and TQM (Total Quality Management)

• KPI: Responsible of monitoring and updating KPI to ensure continual improvement of project and process. Analysis of KPI with the project manager and other senior management for portfolio management and aligning the projects progress to achieve goals.

• Stakeholder management and coordination which includes external and internal both. Client facing and work at client site when needed.

• Responsible for identifying, analyzing, planning and management of project risk. Also project risk mitigation which includes transfer of part of project work to 3rd party to meet up the customer change request within the specified project deadline.

• Experienced on WBS, Gantt chart and Pert Chart and resource management by using MS Project Server. I have good presentation skills for business analysis, project progress and forecasting by using Microsoft Power Point.
