Govt. of Kerala aims to achieve a total installed solar capacity of 20 GW by 2030. KSEBL(Kerala State Electricity Board Limited) utilizes the maximum canal top and land availability at Olikkal & Poovaramthodu HEP for Solar PV projects, installed capacity 32MW, grid-connected photovoltaic solar spread over an area of 280 acres. The museum has been designed by Foster + Partners with five solar thermal towers that will act as chimneys to draw cool air through the building.\[1\] The towers are shaped like falcon wings to commemorate Zayed's love of falconry. It is a Design & Built project with mandatory time constraint project to commission with 350 calendar days plus 90 days for Green Building Certification. The Building is Concrete Shell & Core with 3 Floor Surrounding the Main Arena and Steel Roof with Decking sheet and coverd with Aluminium Sandwitch Panel Cladding and fully Air conditioned.
