PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Over head line Project is related to 33kv overhead line (OHL) transmission line network for supplying power to the wellpad facilities.
Frame Contract Project is related to Civil Works, Electrical Works and mechanical Works. Which included Fencing, Earth works, Painting, Steel Support, GRP, Pipeline, Flow line/Trunk Line.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Applying for PTW with defined description, clear drawing, and hazards identification required certificates and attachments.
• Civil, mechanical and electrical jobs on well sites.
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly statistics safety reports to the client company.
• Over-all implementation, enforcement and compliance of Hawk HSE policies and procedures set by the management
• Carry out induction of all site personnel prior to commencement of work on site and follow up with site Safety Toolbox Meeting on a regular basis in accordance with the requirements of the project HSE plan.
• Implement project specific Job Safety Analysis (JSA) as required by the project HSE management plan.
• Carry out regular inspections of the worksite with Senior Management.
• Review the project safety performance and provide necessary reports to project HSE manager.
• Direct all accident and incident investigations to include company equipment and property damage and provide initial reports when necessary.
• Conduct regular tests or audits of emergency / rescue procedures as required by the Emergency Response Plan.
• Supervise and make necessary coordination with traffic control signage and ensure implementation of specific Traffic Control Plans when required.
• Filing documents as per ISO procedures
• Preparing the minutes of meetings.

Yemen LNG Upstream Facilities Project - CPU-Phase II, Safer Site, Block 18, Marib City, Yemen.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
This project was related to “Flare Upgrading” which included civil works, lifting operation, sand blasting & painting works, installation & erection of underground and above ground pipes, installation of structures and heavy equipments such as Knock-Out Drums and Flare Stack, scaffolding works, welding, cutting and grinding activities, hot taping activities, confined Space entry works, hydro testing and air blasting tests, radiography, nitrogen pressure tests and shutdown works.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
With a number of five HSE watchers I was responsible for:
• Protection of people, properties and environment.
• Maintain the area for a safe work practices and safe working environmental condition.
• Responsible for the implementation, enforcement and compliance of HSE policies and procedure and existing clients HSE procedures, rules and regulations.
• Preparing weekly and monthly HSE Statistics reports.
• Preparing incident / accident investigation reports.
• Knowledge of safe working in confined space, at height and preparation of scaffolding and Handling of gas cylinders.
• Giving training to HSE officers and watchers.
• Shut down jobs inside oil producing units
• Inspection of all Equipments, Vehicle, Lifting gears.
• Stop the job whenever unsafe acts in Immediately Dangerous to Life or Health (IDLH) conditions are noted.
• Record anomaly and KPI reports.
• Conduct HSE orientation for new employees.
• Conduct camp & hygiene inspection and inspection reporting.
Internal Auditor of Hawk HSE Procedures.
• Prepares the Safety weekly and monthly report, Environmental weekly Report, and other pertinent HSE reports.
