Working on AL-MISHRAQ, phase-1 at Prince Mohammed Bin Salman Nonprofit City (MISK).
Situated on a tributary of Wadi Hanifa, the project consists of a mix-use development of low rise residential, commercial and office buildings, cinemas, cars parking and culinary school mostly on
3 floors + ground with retail spaces throughout and a dedicated food court below, and a 2-level basement, for a total of approximately 145, 000 m2 GFA and 280, 000 m2 BUA with 1.50 billion Riyal budget. Buildings are grouped in thirteen clusters, separated by landscaped open areas with a canopy system running East-West in the ‘central spine’ of the development.
Generally, all residential buildings are to be delivered fully fitted out, whereas the offices will be delivered at shell & core level with only the common areas and lift lobbies fitted out.

Working on Golden Chicken Poultry Farm Construction Project phase-1, phase-2 and Phase-3.
Built up Area 52, 000 sqm, Project Budget 180 Million Riyal.
Phase-1 consists of accommodation buildings for Poultry Factory staff (workers, supervisors, senior staff and guests), Service buildings (Kitchen and canteen, clinic, laundry, recreation halls, vehicle workshop, guard rooms and transformer rooms), and site layout works (underground tanks and drainage system, electrical networks, roads and walkways).
Phase-2 consists of processing plant (slaughterhouse and production lines), Rendering plant, Reverse osmosis plant and Waste water treatment plant.
Phase-3 consists of Boiler House, Fire Pumps Room, Generators and Transformers buildings and under ground diesel Tanks.
Under direct superintendence, all construction activities are being carried out to meet client,
consultant and contractor expectations, standards and specifications within project budget and time frame.

Working on multimillion-riyal projects such as five stars hotels, office towers, hotel apartment, medical Centre, multi-story car parking and residential compound. Responsible for ensuring that the projects are running smoothly and structures are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and budget parameters. Duties:
-Conducting multiple construction sites.
-Planning and managing construction works on site to meet project standards and specifications.
-Leading and directing all construction team of the project.
-Liaising with all parties involved in the project.
-Attending weekly, monthly progress meetings.
-Controlling operational budget.
-Supervising post tensioning and reinforced concrete works.
-Reporting work progress.

J | One is a Luxury vertical apartment complex, built up area of 70, 000 sqm with communal
facilities such as indoor and outdoor pools, a health club, a home theatre, cafés, luxurious lounges, a gaming room, a daycare nursery, beauty salons and modern mini markets.
Biban Hotel - Makkah.
Five stars, high rise Hotel with thirty-three stories of total built area 75, 000 sqm, in additional to the rooms and suites, the hotel includes function halls, restaurants, prayer and multi stories car parking.
Crowne Plaza Hotel - Jeddah.
Crowne Plaza is a luxury and business five stars city hotel with total area of 33, 000 sqm, includes
over 300 rooms and suites, fitness center, festival hall, restaurants, meeting halls, outdoor pool and car parking stories.
AL-Kayyal Towers - Jeddah.
Commercial and residential building, consists of two basements, ground, Mezzanine, and ten typical floors. The building includes hotel apartments, offices, restaurants, cafes, fitness club and two stories for car parking with total built area of 31, 000 sqm.
Multi Story Car Parking - Jeddah.
A multi-story car parking at south of academic square of King Abul Aziz university in Jeddah with total built area of 55, 000 sqm.
The Quartz Building - Jeddah.
Commercial office building, built up area of 22, 000 sqm with multi-purpose offices, meeting rooms, pharmacy, and car parking stories.
Working in Majma’a Housing Project in Riyadh Province. The Project Consists of 440 Villas And 2 Mosques with Total 250 Million Riyal Cost. Between Technical Office and Site, All Assigned Works were Achieved To Meet Both Company and Client’s Needs and Standards.
